On playing the perfect wedding songs

I realised we tend to ignore the importance on selecting songs at weddings. Here, karaoke dominates followed by guling tangan and tausyeh . Of course, dangdut songs are the all-time favourites till some of us sakit telinga listening and makes us wanna leave the function pronto. Choosing the right lyrics with the right melody makes the wedding the loveliest. Well, below is the list of 12 songs that shud be banned in any wedding function hehehe J

1/ Kenangan Terindah – Samsons (lovely song but study the lyric first...)

2/ Januari – Glenn Fredly (my all-time fav but unsuitable to be played..)

3/ Ketahuan – Matta

4/ Cinta ini membunuhku – D Masiv

5/ Sephia – SO7

6/ Tak Selama Selingkuh itu Indah – Merpati Band

7/ Tapi Bukan Aku – Kerispatih

8/ Kekasih Gelapku – Unggu

9/ Cinta – Melly & KD (why?... terlalu sedih...)

10/ Beautiful – James Blunt

11/ Mengenangmu – Kerispatih

12/ Aku cinta kau dan dia – Ahmad Dhani

The classic one like Tenda Biru too shud not be played. M run of list now so if u got any songs that you think that shud be banned.. u r welcome to comment. Thanks J

Have a great time peeps!

OGDC TRIP - PART 2

OGDC TECH. CHALLENGE

Then, we headed for the technology challenge, my fav. part of the trip (all of us did). Here, we were divided into groups and was assigned to create an oilrig according to their requirements. Only one group for teachers and 3 groups for students. The result? Hehehe we managed to grab 2nd place (alah only lose to the oilrig's height.. hehe kes inda mau kalah).

The creative oil rig designed by creative teachers hehe (middle) & The winning group with their oilrig.

Us with our respective creations.

Dedicated to Azean. We miss U! hehe

Thank you OGDC team for your warm welcome and hospitality. Yes indeed all of us esp. the students have gained knowledge and developed information on the importance of science and technology. Hopefully we can conduct more activities with you next year.! We apologized for any inconvenience caused during the trip. (Kami sememangnya andang bising haha)

At last, to my dear colleagues & students, my great appreciation for your involvement & cooperation in the activities. Don't forget our explorace on the 25th... hehehe

OGDC TRIP - PART 1

This morning we organised an educational trip to OGDC for our Secondary 4 Science students. From the pics, you could see that we really had a blast trip hence enhance knowledge and information on the importance of science and technology. Same as maths, economics, accounts, science is also involved in our every day life. :)
